- Structure is being sold as displayed in-world. Product pictures are taken in world without any post processing.

- If unlinked prim count might raise significantly >10-20% (normal SL behavior on mesh objects)
- Outer and inner walls are separate objects
- ON every wall in between of vendor panels is simple generic wall texture. The prim with this texture can be removed when you intend to combine multiple structures seamlessly.
- 3rd floor option is not available and not officially supported by Abiss.

nice compromise
I spent days searching for a store to fit my plot (needing a build around the 50 x 45m mark) I eventually gave up and got this. It is a lovely build with good textures. Thankfully 'we' (read the other half using my PC) were able to make it into a 4 storey build and added some of the front decorations to the sides etc, and made the middle bits on each wall into windows, so does look rather spiffy.
Very happy with (but waiting for a larger area store by this creator to become available lol)

Modular design looks fantastic and is very easy to work with.
Many times I will see "modular" designs that, when actually rezzed, require a ton of work in order to get a good match with the other parts. This design works extremely well with very little need for tweaking.
It also looks 100% fabulous - great job all around!
