This waterfall with hut is only 33 prims and has a teleporter to take you to the top to reach the hut.
It also makes a nice barrier ti hide w/e your neighbors have going on next door . All of the windows open and close for extra privacy.

for the price I wasn't expecting much to be honest. it's actually great placed across a corner of my land with an ocean waves backdrop and a small group of palms each side, it is still using pose balls but even just used as decor I am happy with it THANK YOU :-)
