There are times when items are not delivered. Please fill out a notecard with your transaction about purchased items (date/product name/amount) and send to kristirenae. I will do my best to reply within 24 hours. I do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items. Most products are Copy/No Transfer. They cannot be returned.
