1. PLATFORM: This content is licensed strictly for Second Life. Porting to other platforms (The Sims, etc.) is prohibited.
2. ATTRIBUTION: The author [ValeriiaT] retains all Moral Rights. Proper credit/tagging in all promotional materials is mandatory.
3. COMMERCIAL TERMS:
Profit-sharing (if agreed) must be executed accurately and timely.
Unauthorized reworking, isolating elements, or unapproved sales are a breach of contract.
4. TERMINATION: I reserve the right to unilaterally terminate any non-disclosure agreements (NDA) and publicly claim full copyright if:
Payment terms are violated.
Authorship is intentionally hidden/omitted.
Financial or moral damage is caused by the customer's actions.
