All of our furniture is No Mod/No Copy/Transfer. Kitchens, art and rugs are mod for sizing purposes.

No refunds on houses since they are Mod/Copy, please make sure the house you choose will fit your land and that you have available prims. We are happy to try the house on your land before you buy it.
