The built-in unique rez system makes it easy and hassle free to connect new additions to your mall layout! You are able to layout your mall horizontally and vertically!
The store room is 50x50 meters with a land impact of 56. The staircase room is 11x13 meters with a land impact of 13. The double doors are 4 land impact and the roll door is 2 land impact.
In the FULL VERSION objects are MOD enabled, but not the scripts inside. In the DEMO everything is NO MOD!

To start off, please rez the object called '11th House - Modular Mall Skybox'. Make sure you rez in permitted parcels without going into ones that don't allow objects to enter or auto-return! Then rez out the object called '11th House - Modular Mall Skybox - Server' and place it in a spot hidden away from visitors. It can be outside the skybox if needed, really is up to you. Only one server box per avatar is allowed to be rezzed within the same region/sim. If done, the new one will simply delete itself and warn you.
The Modular Mall Skybox has a built-in rez system where you simply press a button located on certain walls and an Add-on Menu will pop-up that will allow you to rez and de-rez add-ons like rooms and doors that connect to that same wall. That means you don't have to waste time trying to fit together the pieces to accomplish the layout you want. The swing doors allow the owner to lock and unlock them by double-clicking on them. The owner can touch the roll doors to open up and close down, which are perfect for closing off or hiding areas from visitors.
This product comes with two add-ons, the stores room and staircase, so you can add floors/levels to the mall.
When new add-ons are released from 11th House, you will be able to buy them separately and drop them into the contents of your server box, which will be readily available from your add-on menu if the connecting wall supports it!

Great Idea, Great Design, Kinda poor Physics
This is a wonderful thing, and a great design(Theo makes wonderful stuff), the physics of the floor is shoddy, and requires adjusting avatar hover heights to work right.
Looks great inside but invisible walls on the outside
When I tried out the demo, I fell in love. I assumed the outside walls were invisible just to keep anyone from using the demo instead of the full model. Imagine my surprise when the full model came with invisible walls too. From the inside, everything is perfect. Unfortunately, there are doors to the outside, so it can't be used in a skybox by setting the skybox to the size of the mall without making the doors look absurd. I have tried to reach both the owner of this store and the designer with no reply.
Frustrated
I purchased the mall, played with the demo and fall in love with it. Now that I have paid the 2k for it. It keeps having issues. Stores disappear, whole 1/4's missing at some point. At one point the whole bottom floor shifted. I have been trying to get a hold of the creator since Jan 21st with no response. I need help. Please respond.

BEST PURCHASE EVER!
I have purchase a numerous amount of builds in my near decade of being in SL...THIS was the best purchase decision I have ever made, period! It is worth every single L$ (and then some to be honest). I'm a Shoutcast stream provider so I have a lot of customers and am forever expanding with rental boxes. This building has made the nightmare of trying to expand my building to make more room for more rental boxes completely disappear now. I can simply add a section whenever I need to release new boxes. ALL of our customers LOVE the new place...Thanks to this build, it is so easy for my customers to navigate & not get confused. I love having the option to go larger, out and up. Can change the colors of the floors in each store if you know a bit about editing, love this!
