1L$ Building with Decoration

I was bored of my mesh house, and as the owner of 73 houses in SL I was looking for something I could modify. Mesh is great, but the modification opportunities are limited. This house was and still is fun for me. I have used it for over a month, which is probably a record for me. Thanks for the cheap house with loads of possibilities.

Its very nice looking but its an old build and can be made with far less prim. It says it is mod but when I got it rezed it was not I had hoped to re-texture it & make it a sifi style pub but I couldn't do a thing with it to bad it look nice

And not just because it only costs a Linden - Tenk, you genius! The place really is almost ideal for me, so much so that friends assumed I decoed it myself! But more than that, there are little touches like the alcove with the drink kegs which I was able to make into the bathroom/WC that so many places leave out, with plenty of room for a scripted tub, scripted sink/mirror AND a toilet; a garage with realistic shelf contents (including the 7.62mm ammo can that's a fixture in most American home work shops); a nice, BROAD stair to the second floor with open space under it for storage; a chimney over the working, crackling sound fireplace that SMOKES (something the Lindens forgot in THEIR homes, lol); plenty of room in the open plan first floor for parties, and low enough lag that you can install a few scripts of your own; a realistic study usable for other things on the second floor; I just LOVE this place. I wish the Lindens would let me put this on the land which my (free for paying members) Linden Home occupies! It would certainly let me make better use of the 118 prims you get to use on a Linden Home than their homes do.

Fellow estate makers, this is a fantastic building for your properties. It has replaced my Linden Home as my primary residence; apart from replacing the drink kegs with a bathroom furniture set, the only real mods I've made were placing scripted kitchen gear and furniture in, and a heliport on top to allow my guests and me to deplane right on top of my house (the flat roof allows me to save on real estate I'd otherwise have had to use for a heliport, and an estate-wide teleport lets everyone in the estate make use of the heliport). The nearly floor-to-ceiling windows on the master bedroom give me a great view to show new guests of my wooded, scenic back lot (imagine cuddling your guest while showing off the vista you spent time and money making PERFECT - I can tell you, it's a magic moment... ).

This is a perfect small house.

The house has a good layout and the textures are realistic too. Works well for a small club or pub.
