✎ This is a piercing, a set of piercings, there is no hud in it, you can rez it on the sandbox, and "edit mode" => "edit linked" => "select face" to change the texture of the each parts or hide some parts! But not plags, they are solid, yes, sorry.
It also has a set of textures, they are fullperm and you can use them in your Photoshop, etc., if suddenly the colors that I made did not suit you.
