AUGUSTA HOUSE / PREFAB / MANSION 194 PRIMS

The Augusta House was inspired by my tour of the Deep South, including the glorious homes of Augusta, Georgia, with some of the most charming homes in America. It is an old but elegant Southern home for families.

Inside, richly finished oak flooring flows through the open living space. Intricately trimmed oversized windows line the walls, letting in an abundance of natural light.

Architectural elements like French doors and wainscotting are highlighted by soft hues of light apricot, dusty pink, and buttercream yellow.

The house by itself has three bedrooms, a large attic, 194 prims and a 30 x 50 footprint, not including optional pool area, inside lighting, ceiling fans, fireplace, or windowseat. These may be placed with the house but do not need to be linked.

The house by itself has a footprint of about 30 x 50. The pool, 29 prims, may be place beside or in back of the house.
