This is a point to point, easy to use region-wide teleporter.

Rez 2 pads where you like on the same sim (even high on the sky), and it's done!
No notecard required.
If you want to move the pads to a different position, just do that: the 2 pads communicate their respective positions to each other and update their teleport coordinates automatically,

The pads are 1 prim each and are copy+mod (the script is copy only)

Of course you must have the permission to run scripts where you rez the pads.

Worked perfectly for my simple needs. Easy to mod and blend into anything. Does exactly as advertised and saved me from digging through script libraries trying fail scripts over and over. For $0L it's really unbeatable. Thank you.
