Bates Motel and Manor

Something fun I started for Halloween this year.

This is a HIGH LAND IMPACT build consisting of 13 objects totalling 769 Land Impact.

Footprint is approximately 110 by 110.

Structure is my creation ~ furnishings were purchased and some have animations added.

This build is fully modifiable so do what you will with it. Just pay attention to what is set to Convex Hull and what is set to Prim!

• Detailed replica of the Bates Motel ~ Partiall furnished and fully modifiable.
• Detailed replica of the Bates Manor ~ Fully furnished and modifiable.
• Animated bath with sounds.
• Some furnishings are usable but not all (chairs mostly ~ no beds)
• A few surprises to look for ~ nothing major.
