For 5 lindens you can't go wrong, they look just the same as in the pic. Make the radiator a dark/medium grey colour and use medium shine for the best look. The blinds can be made any colour.
Set sculpt type to plane and it's all good!

For those of you saying this is crap and talking about the extra parts. Read for instructions.
So basically after buying this I was initially very disappointed but after playing around in the edit menu I figured it out. After you select build and put a new box down use the edit menu to select the dropdown that says "Box" in it and select "Sculpted" and add the texture. Yes at first it has a lot of extra parts on it but here is how you fix that: There is another dropdown on the bottom that lets you select the stitching type. Choose "Plane/None" and that should fix your issue.
