Fully detailed docks that I can modify however I want? Yes Please! Rez box makes for easy placement and I could even move it to have the docks off-sim. This is great. Modify so I could size it to where I needed and remove some of the furnishings that I wanted to swap out for my own. Always pleased with this designer! Go ahead and buy this.
not worth it.
I went to try the demo, but the rezz area was cluttered again (I tried going there multiple times this week). So I decided to go by the picture. and Bought this. Worst choice i made. I was ok with the prim limit, cause of the pictures.. and then I rezzed it.. not realistic Particle fire, some of the textures looked really cheap, weird linkage that makes modding it extremely difficult (boats are linked to roof all together). not worth the prims or the L. Next time, if I can't rezz something, I will remind myself of what happened here.
