Broken.
My honest review: Came broken out of the package. Upon rezzing the structure, I couldn't get the door to open initially and the sitting poses didn't work. Attempted to re-rez the structure, same issue. Tried it a third time and then the door swung inwards and I couldn't figure out how to reset it. Couldn't get the animations to work in the end after much tinkering around.
Ended up scrapping the entire thing. It would have been nice to have a copyable version without the 'Rez Here' function. Unfortunate, as its rather cute (hence the two stars) and I was looking for a new home for my petite fairy guy. Oh well. :(
