There's a bunch of duplicates, this is the one you want.
Seizure warning: the colors flash FAST. Rez an orb in-world and edit the linked parts, move the outer ball aside and edit the script inside, change the last number (4) to something lower to slow the texture cycling rate. (0.1 is very calm)
