Stats: -5% Hunger, 10% Thirst, -10% Energy, 25% Social, -10% Hygiene, -5% Continence, -10% Happiness.
Important note: Requires rezzing rights or group build in case of deeded land. Requires debit permissions to refund failed purchases.
