Rezzer 1 - a prim count of 192 which includes, animated kitchen, animated bathroom, outdoor trees, animated outdoor garden, internal garden, light beams and wall lights
Rezzer 2 - a lower prim count of 92 includes, light beams, internal garden but doesn't include the wall lights, outdoor trees or the kitchen and bathroom. This option is for the prim conscious or those who want ad their own accessories.

bought then when I tried open said I need 1800 more lindens to buy
VERY DISAPPOINTED! Waste of Linden!
I purchased the house and when I tried to rezz it out this was in jumbles. I repeatedly rezzed and derezzed the house to see if it would fix the issue with not improvement. I then contracted the seller to see is they could advice me on the issue or resend the home and got NO RESPONSE what so ever. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the house and the customer service! Would not recommend buying this particular home. If I could give it a ZERO I would! Most of the others are great.
Nice, but with problems.
The "sunlight" that supposedly shines down from the circular roof opening in the sun room onto the lounge chairs isn't there. The sun shadow in the bedroom isn't there. The sun shadow in the dining room isn't there. Yes, I have the light effects on. I have tried different sim lighting effects, sunrise, sunset and midday and cannot achieve the sunlight effects as pictured in the photos. Maybe my graphics settings are too low, but even with it set to ultra, there is no change. The furniture is nice, but after placed permanently, you must pick up each piece and then put into folder, then put folder with the house folder when you are ready to put them into inventory. Also, my gardening animation doesn't work. A lot of bother. Why don't you just link everything? It would be sooo much easier. Based on the misrepresentation of the pics, the faulty animations and time consuming furniture placement, I give this build 2 stars.
Perfect
I'm not such a big fan of modern architecture, but this house definitely convinced me. It has everything I was looking for and it's very well done. The floor plan is well thought and the texture hud is very easy to use so that you can personalize your house in just a few seconds. The furnitures delivered with the house (limited time offer only) are very nice. I didn't even change them for my own (and that's a first!). Thanks to Ellie for creating this.
