I won't give this a bad review because it isn't a bad item but this is definitely not up to par as a 2018 item. Be aware that this thing prims and 35 land impact.
High land impact
It's not mentioned anywhere near as I can tell but the washing machine is 35 land impact which is way, way more than I expected for something like this, it's actually more impact than the house I bought it for. If you have a smaller parcel and like impact-economic builds like I do, you would be better off to keep looking.
Three stars because the attention to detail is really charming (complete with sounds and animation!) and it does what it says, but I'm not dedicating 10% of my land's object budget to a single washing machine when I could be using that object space to build an entire furnished skybox. If the land impact were significantly lower then it'd be easily five stars from me.
