You can use the dialog menu by clicking on the item, or wear the HUD.
The dialog menu has the menu control option: you can change whether you, your group, or everyone can use the dialog menu.
The Genie HUD allows you to control multiple XB items configured to work with the HUD. So if you're wearing an XB piercing and an XB ring for example, a dialog will pop up upon wearing the HUD asking you which item you want to edit.

great except for one is no copy
they move nicely when dancing, however I only am giving 4 stars due to the fact that one earring is no copy when both are suppose to be copy ...

Giving this no-copy item a rare 5-stars, because the hud is awesome and the included pose stand (stand is yes-copy) is a great gift for zooming and aligning better than any other pose stand I've ever found.
