This easy-to-use HUD will give you perfect control of a horses or ponys emotions. You can choose from 13 whinnying, snorting and walking/gallopping sounds to let your friends (or also enemies) know your current mood and activity very precisely. Of course you can combine the sounds with any number of customized chat messages, simply use the prepared ones already stored into the system, or of course also disable them completely.
In addition to that, you can also interact and emote all these moods to any avatar near you, by picking their name from a simple drop-down menu. That can be handy if you want to whinny or snort at a specific person and have their name mentioned in the chat message. For chat purposes the HUD can either use your full name, your first name, your display name, or a custom name independent from your actual Second Life® one.
The gallopping sounds will be triggered as soon you start walking or running, of course this can be disabled as well in case you use other systems to provide a walking sound or you don't like it at all.
For more variation, the HUD can optionally use a random sound for each action. You can also control features like the sound volume and switch facial expressions on or off.
When not in use, the HUD can be minimized to a compact mode, so you can keep it attached without interference on your screen.
Useful information
----------------------------
Just wear the HUD and it will be attached to the screen center from where you can adjust it's position as desired, using the Second Life® building menu (right click > edit).
To start an emote, simply hit the corresponding button inside the speech balloon. If you want to interact the mood with someone, click the small '@' buttons and pick an avatar from the drop-down menu.
To change the current sound for each mood, simply click the small numbers to the very right and the HUD will toggle through available sounds. 'R' means that the random sound option is active.
If you want to customize the chat messages, please edit the corresponding notecards (for example '.chat-whinny') from the HUD's contents. You can save any number of entries in each notecard, they will be picked for chat randomly. To disable the chat functions, simply empty the notecard and save it.
You can enable or disable the gallopping walking sounds by simply clicking the small hoof symbol on the HUD.
Click the main horse image to show or hide the HUD. To open the settings menu, just click the '...' button.

Good!
I had this item since 2014, no issues as i took my sweet time reading the Notecard, there are no problems! I recommend it.
disapointed
the walking sound sucked heard better form free ones. rest of it was allright only had two sounds whinny and snort
I hear no sound
I set the volume to 100% and Walk sound ON in settings and still hear no sound! Plus I tested the walking sound directly and it sounds more like a galloping sound. Bummer :(
