Just what I needed.
I bought this solely for the Chaise lounger, and it is EVERYTHING I needed. Perfect prim count, wonderful textures, and the rug goes great with the Sumptuous Deep Cherry bed that she sells. The best part? The genius price. Get it while she's still modestly pricing X3

not all of it is mod. The stool is no mod so i was not able to resize or retexture/recolour :(

Very nice, EXCEPT:
The book can't be checked for "Copy Anyone" so you can set it on the table, but you get a script error when anyone clicks on it, so they can't "pick it up" to read. Considering how good everything else is, its a minor nit for the price, but it would be nice if the builder would fix that.
