Feathers? Feathers? There are lots of feathers on this wide-brimmed hat, perfect for the Victorian or Edwardian lady, or any lady who just likes hats.
The hat is modifiable, though the resize script inside (which may be removed) is not.

So sorry that Hatpins is closed, but excited to find this beauty in Marketplace. Reghan, when you have time, please make more of your creations available - I'm back into "period" clothes and it's not the same without your hats!!!
