Updated for Mono... now holds 40+ employees

Welcome to the In Control v2.0 payroll and time clock system - this timeclock system is designed with two things in mind...

1) Employees should be able to go where they need, without having to worry about being too far and

2) It should just *WORK*.

In Control 2.0 meets both of these goals. You can set the range for as far as you want to go (0m - 2000m), limit employees to your parcel, or the Region you're in. Avatars are paid when they go outside of the defined range.

Daily statistics will be e-mailed to you, or IM'd to you at midnight each day. There's no hugely complicated configuration to trip you up - it just *works*.

To get started with the new system, simply rez it somewhere convenient.

Editing the _config notecard inside

can be anywhere from 1 to 4000000000 meters (which is as high as ranges can go straight up!), or "land" for your parcel(s), or "region" for the entire SIM it's in.

Note - when giving a range - that range will not extend outside of the SIM itself.

Enter an e-mail address if you want them e-mailed to you nightly, otherwise they'll be sent in an IM.

List the employees, one per line, with their pay rate in L$/hr, and their maximum payment per day, separated by semicolons. For example:

Employee=Governor Linden;60;120

Would allow Governor Linden to be an employee, being paid at 60L$/hr, for a total of 2 hrs a day, at which time he would have earned the maximum 120L$.

Once it's configured, employees simply touch it to log in, and to log out and get paid. If they leave the area, they are automatically logged out, and paid.

If the owner touches it - a drop-down menu appears, with options. Turn On and Turn Off are fairly self-explanatory - they allow maintenance on the configuration without worrying about employees messing things up. Turn Off will, as a safety precaution, log out any employees currently logged in and pay them.

Login allows the owner to log in to the system, to verify it works - or simply to help track the time they're spending at that site. The owner, however, can only log in if they are listed in the _config notecard. Logout brings up a list of the employees logged in, so that a particular one can be logged out manually.

Last but not least, Stats dumps a copy of the current day's statistics so far into the owner's chat, but does not wipe that information - the daily e-mail/IM will still go out.

Works perfectly. My receptionist is able to travel the region (i have more than one business) without worrying about logging in or out. She has never had an issue with not being paid, and I can easily adjust pay rate etc - just what I needed!

Item works as listed in the advert. Just had a confusing prob where emails daily received were suppoed to report the daily payout. I placed this in an empty (not open yet) club but was receiving daily emails listing a 10L payout. Confusion is that the total listed wasnt the total for the daily (even thought this was a daily report) it was total for lifetime of the clock and the 10L was from when the clock was tested. Creator was very patient and helpful in solving the misunderstanding!

Found this to be simple and somewhat easy to use. Good feed back on the one problem I had. (operator error)
