These scripts easily create equilateral five, six, eight and ten-sided polygons. See the deluxe edition for other number of sides.
How many prims are required depends on what kind of polygon you're making: Two prims for a pentagon, and one more for every two more sides.

It probably does work!?!
It probably does work if the creator had included instructions. the scripts give you instructions but not in sl terminology! "Please enter the side length." Is that X, Y, or Z...enter in open chat, or are you supposed to change the script? ...you get my point!?! The fact that the creator assumes that everyone thinks like him is why I give this such a low rating. If I'm supposed to learn, you could at least give those instructions instead of making customers waste time trying to figure it out!

how nice is this, you can change every face of the sides, it is easy to use, but i wish i knew how to get a correct sizing, my first try was a 1x3 and it came out huge! Lock two shapes together and drag the scrip in and 'say' a number for when it asks and poof Insta-Polygon!
