If you or anyone around you is attacked by deformer griefer tools, this HUD can run the undeformer animations on the victim to fix the avatar.
Attach the tool and click for avatar menu, and choose the avatar to send the undeform request.
Especially when new residents are tricked to run deformer animations, it is easier to send them undeform request than rezzing an undeform prim and instructing them to touch it or sit on it.
This HUD works also in no-rez parcels and in no-script parcels if you attach it in scripts enabled parcel.
Naturally this HUD also stops all animations.
The script and prim are full perm, the undeform animations are no-mod.

I'd be willing to pay Linden for how useful it is - And the scripts are full perm! Because of that, I was able to make an auto-deformer script I could put into some of my non-deforming AV's and now I don't have relog or even click a HUD to fix it. And it's all thanks to this little gem. The only problem is the animations are no mod, so any object I add it to says no mod as well, but it's no big deal.
