EX~FACTOR SYNCHRONIZED LINE DANCE PADS

Each set is a separate dance system so you cannot purchase additional sets and expect them to sync together. If you need a different system set up other than what we have here, custom set ups are available at an additional charge.

You will need to load your own choice of dance animations to the system by using the Edit - Contents and drop the dance animations into the Contents. You may add as many dance animations as you want - it will cycle thru the dances. Then just touch a pad and you will start dancing.

The dance pads are modify/transfer/no copy. If you do modify the texture or anything in the pads - EX~Factor is not responsible if you need to replace the pads due to your own modifications.

Custom textures and are available at an additional charge so if you want your club logo or a picture of anything you like on the pads contact Mackenzie Ariel.

When you first put the pads down you will be prompted in chat for the length of time the dances will be played and how to set hovering text if you are so inclined. If you want to set hovering text and then remove it - you must take the pads back into your inventory and then put them back on your dance floor.

Do people seem out of sync far away? Go to PREFERENCES....GRAPHICS click Custom and uncheck AVATAR INPOSTERS and hit APPLY. Now you should see people sync at far distances.

What are Avatar Impostors?

You may notice that some far-away avatars now seem to animate a little more jerkily than you remember; that's because they have been replaced by Avatar Impostors! Avatar Impostors are two-dimensional renderings of avatars, designed to improve the performance of your Second Life client when there are many avatars on your screen at the same time. Even though the Impostors are two-dimensional animated textures, they do not look any different than the 3D avatars they represent- with the exception of your improved framerate, you may not even notice their presence!

You can control how aggressively Second Life uses Impostors by adjusting the Avatar Mesh Detail slider in the Graphics Preferences tab. If you move the slider to the left, avatars become Impostors at closer distances; if you move the slider to the right, avatars remain fully 3D at greater distances. You can access the Graphics Preferences tab by selecting Edit > Preferences and clicking the Graphics tab.
