Minx Designs presents the Parcel Ruler Set!
From a 512 to a 1/4 sim, each parcel size is color coded with the prim counts as well as the parcel size printed onto the prim.
** PLEASE NOTE : Prim counts are applicable for FULL PRIM SIMS ONLY! The prim counts are NOT accurate for a homestead! **

I've had this tool for a while and even though the prims listed on the ruler are out of date and show less prims than are actually available per parcel size, it is a great tool for seeing if that building is going to fit your land, or helping you decide what size parcel to purchase.
If the creator is still around, and update with the updated prim counts would be great.
