The Darkfire Security Orb scans for and optionally removes people (with IM warning prior) within the range and at the scanning rate you specify. The orb automatically ejects those who have been banned, and makes a determination on other visitors based upon whether you put the orb in Friends-only Mode, Ban-only mode, or Group mode.
Designed to be low lag, the orb can follow and eject detected avis using either a banned list, a group list or a white list. The system will also track up to 1,000 visitors and the last date visited and up to 1,00 banned avis.
Simple to setup--no notecards!!!--just rezz the orb--you will automatically be assigned owner rights.
After setup additional owners as well as banned individuals may be typed via text command line or via menu.

It still works, but......
I've had numerous problems with the orb since I had gotten it. But since then i've had to reset the orb often because the settings wouldn't cycle or they'd seemingly change on their own.
Pros: It DOES work
Cheap
Cons: Nanobots; do not delete themselves and are visible (not transparent)
Menu system is still borked (cut-off, or misaligned)
This last month, I reset 2-3x because the toggles weren't changing or it would randomly malfunction. (Yes, it sounds like "ghost in the machine" but I swear some options changed on their own). It works, more often that not, but I don't think I'd go back and purchase the same one if I had the chance.

Wow--for the price this product does far more than any other security orb I've seen. I had a minor problem with the menu...I left a message and the vendor got back to me almost immediately.

five star follow-up on affordable darkfire security orb
I have several of a previous edition of this orb which is easy to use and affordable. At this price, you might place one for any area of interest, just to get a visitor list. However, when i bought this version, i was confused by the differences but i received a prompt and very satisfactory response. For price, features, and follow-up, i give five stars.
This is worth what you pay for!!!!
