The Darkfire Security Orb scans for and optionally removes people (with IM warning prior) within the range and at the scanning rate you specify. The orb automatically ejects those who have been banned, and makes a determination on other visitors based upon whether you put the orb in Friends-only Mode, Ban-only mode, or Group mode.
Designed to be low lag, the orb can follow and eject detected avis using either a banned list, a group list or a white list. The system will also track up to 1,000 visitors and the last date visited and up to 1,00 banned avis.
Simple to setup--no notecards!!!--just rezz the orb--you will automatically be assigned owner rights.
After setup additional owners as well as banned individuals may be typed via text command line or via menu.

DF Classic Security Orb
I was looking for a reasonably priced security orb that would do basic ejecting and inform me of visitors to my parcel. I not only found a reasonably priced one in the DF but it had so many features absent on ones I looked at for over 250LS . After the initial setup of either group or friends (Seeker Firebrand is great at this) the rest is really very user-friendly and it is packed with features which work extremely well. I am very pleased with mine as I just click on it to tell me who's visited, who's been ejected etc. I firmly recommend this security item and at 95LS - wow. I thought I'd end up spend over 500LS to get what I wanted.
You will find Seeker and Nene very very helpful. They were really keen to see that I was happy with my purchase and even came over to help me set it up. I can't say anything but praise them for the excellent personal attention after purchase. Thanks Seeker and Nene. I am very satisfied, more than satisfied, with my orb.

This is a good orb wery easy to setup if you can read english ofcourse,and i assume you can if you buy it.

Sadly i did buy another orb long ago for 5 times this price,and this is wery similar to the expensive one.
Easy to set up,took me about 15 mins and on groupland even 'smile'
For those who wrigt that they dont get the orb something most have been laggy that day.

What can i say about this product. I have several of them in use now. So very easy to use and does EXACTLY what it says on the label. Why get ripped off by others for the same product. BEWARE OF EXPENSIVE, INFERIOR IMITATIONS. A fantastic device and a level of customer support, second to none. Well done guys!!!!!

Easiest to set up and use orb i have ever used...Saw the other reviews and have to wonder if they ever read the instructions.Simple..Straight forward..No Fuss. Needed a little help with deeding it to land group and they dropped everything and came to help as soon as they got my IM..Cant ask for more than that. Thanks guys for the great orb..great price and great service ..recommend it to anyone..lol oops i think i just did :)

Over the last 6 months we have made many upgrades and additions to the orb--and it remains the most feature-rich orb for the price of any on Marketplace.
One thing we do value is our customer service--and as many of the people who have added reviews can attest, once notified of an issue or suggestion we respond immediately; in some cases providing hours of assistance in education on properly setting up groups for group owned land, providing additional orbs at no cost when Marketplace has eaten an order, and adding special features (e.g. adding a text on/off function within days of being requested by one user) very quickly.
If you have an issue with this device, give us 24 hours to respond-if you don't find that the orb doesn't live up to every expectation set by the description, I personally will refund your entire purchase price.
