At a Land Impact of 36 and dimensions of 22mx22mx27m Ponies and Kirin alike can live and explore this tree inside and out.
Successfully tested with the Flower Pony, Flower Pony Princess, Equestrian Pride standard and Sparkle Pony standard sizes.
Smaller AVs in general should fit nicely too. And if they don't... well... resize it ;)
You can change some parts of it around too, though it requires a little knowledge of the in World building tool.
General removal workflow: Edit Linked parts, select the pieces you want to remove, Unlink, select again, delete.
Always keep a copy in your inventory ;)

XD Luckily the tree is mod, because i couldn't enter it and found one of the leaf prims set to Physics: Prim. Set it to None and i was able to go into it.
It's not bad at all, just a little difficulty getting from the top floor back down the ladder.
I might be able to use it.

Unfortunately, it's just to big. And I don't mean that the interior is big. I mean the overall tree is super tall and a lot of wasted space because of it. Worst still, even if I wanted to use it outside of a pony avatar (which was the point) I had to make it even bigger just to fit, so it became so big there's literally nothing I can use it for. I'm sadly very disappointed, I wish it had a demo, because 1k for a tree house that is just... not anything I can use is a bit of a stab.
It's a shame, too, cause I watched the maker create this and they really pushed it could be used outside of pony avs.
Three stars though because the mesh is solid, same with the textures. It didn't however, come with UVs or anything of the sort to retexture it, like the creator said they'd include.
