The teleporter can be set up for use for group members only. Just set the object to the appropriate group and add the word 'Group' to the object name. Additionally, by adding a tag in the name field, you can even create separate sub-networks. An instruction notecard is included.

Did something stupid, support was excellent
I've been using this teleport system on my sim for a couple of years and it's been wonderful. Suddenly it broke. I asked the creator for help and he got back to me right away. Came to my sim, helped me find the problem. Turned out it was totally my mistake but he was lovely about it.
