This is a simple mesh syringe, which costs 1 land impact at default size, and 0.5 if linked with something else. The inside liquid is tintable (if a lil tricky to click the face) and is also well UV mapped, so it'd be easy to stick a texture on if you so wish.

I know you say it might be a bit tricky but this is a bit insane. I cannot change the color at all and it's now all white which is a bit of a piss off. I'm hoping to have a resend as you cannot rerezz and I feel a tad bit ripped off. If you enable editing it's not really wise to make it so hard it's almost impossible. I feel the info a misleading to a minor degree

Very realistic!
The plastic covering the liquid washes out the color, which prevented me from having as dark of a red as I wanted(I lowered the transparency just a little further), but it's still eerily realistic, making it great for my Halloween attraction as a surprise around the corner(which people will run into). I was able to resize it for proper surprise effect, too, heeheee.
