All pieces are fitted to the SL avatar. This means they will only work with meshes that fit SL Heads or Bodys.
Important: There IS a DEMO. Try it! It’s fully functional! Includes three necks. 1 Short, 1 Long and 1 male. All have 5-8 faces that can be manually hidden to suit your needs. Both Neck Pieces are SLUV and require SLUV Head Textures either applied manually or via Omega Applier.
Includes two neck-blenders for ladies and 3 for men.
Neck-blender can be used with the neck, or on it’s own to cover gaps between mesh bodies and heads.
Both Neck Blender pieces use the Omega Neck Blender UV and require a Neck Blender Texture to be applied manually or via an Omega Applier.

I bought this for myself ages ago and had no trouble with it, but I was using it for female avatars at the time at which it worked great for.. THEN I gifted this to my partner just a moment ago, he's wearing the slink male mesh body and THIS.. is what happens...

Seems like the mesh is folding down upon itself, a rigging blunder perhaps? Anyone else report or show this? Hopefully my posting this may help in finding a resolution. I don't know what's caused it at all, but will change review when/if this gets fixed because the product IS great.. for female avs, but for the male so far.. not so great. :/
Pretty nice solution
I needed to bridge a gap between a Maitreya body and a large dinosaur head and using the Female Neck 1 with Maitreya's 0-fat neck configuration, it fits as well as any non-official product ever could.
The only thing that would give it 5 stars is a mesh that would closely follow the contours of the human head as it goes up the back, so I could get a natural curve and thicker neck as it rises.

It did exactly what i needed and made my neck problem vanish, using my omega applier made it really easy to blend in as well with my body

Definitely a lifesaver if you don't want to have floating head syndrome.
I wish they'd make omega wrist extensions for those who want to use a mesh body with other hands that don't have wrists on them!
i was gifted this...
so i was gifted this and it works really well. however it doesn't work to well for the slink male. I cant find any neck fixers for that sadly. but over all this still works... mostly.
