When an avatar clicks on this object he/she will be presented with a menu to choose which item he/she wants to rez. Once he/she makes a decision and clicks on an item, the corresponding item will be rezzed near to her/him.
Please note if avatar is beyond 10 meters of distance the object will tell the avatar to come closer.
