Works on Maitreya Lara V5.0.2 and V5.1
I'm new-ish to SL, I got my Maitreya body very late compared to many, so I never got my Omega HUD for it until I needed it which happened to be today after getting a skin from the 2020 Skin Fair that doesn't yet have BOM matching body skins for Lara. I unpacked the HUD, and wore it and the skin applier HUD and ignored the big blue pop-up's existence (for this purpose). Clicked the skin applier for the skin tone and body I wanted and in less than 2-3 mins from searching for this item to completion it has worked beautifully. Thanks Omega, this is exactly what I wanted today and I got it. If you're having trouble, take a second and try again but keep it simple. And yes it does work with Lara V5.0.2 and V5.1!
This is an awesome thing to have.
If you have a maitreya body this is an awesome things to have; it's also maitreya body (plus at least 2 others I know of) users also pay the most to get this applier, then when you unpack it; it tries to sting your virtual wallet for another L$5, well it does with Maitreya; I can't speak for the others. It would have got 5 stars if it didn't try this; while we pay one of the highest prices for it.
