Popen Tailpull

Please equip to Tail Base.

When clicked, your tail will yoingle backwards for a second, dragging you back with it, announce in chat the accursed tail-pincher, and go back to its' normal state. When sitting, this animation is slightly different.

Compatible with Popens, not sure about other pons.
