Houses, long abandoned, litter the shores of the desolate swamp. Blood stained and damaged, they leave a tale of unspeakable horror for travelers desperate enough to seek refuge in their dark chambers.

All photos on this listing were taken with medium graphics with basic shaders on and reflections set to static objects.
There is a wind-light setting on the water ONLY. No sky wind-light settings have been used.
The mist you see is the lag free special effect that is an optional part of the build.

*Terrain textures - No Modify, No transfer
*RAW. file will be passed by email to the recipient of the sim purchase. You must be the registered owner of the sim to be able to upload the RAW. file to the sim. Alternatively, you can ask for the RAW. file to be sent to the registered owner on your behalf once you have established they will be happy to upload this for you.
* Structures - Modify, Copy. No Transfer.
*Trees, bushes, grass, mist - Copy, No Modify, No Transfer
Sky Dome not included but available on request.

Great prefab
I purchased this prefab while putting together a roleplay sim for starwars, themed on Dagobah. As I am not much of a builder myself, this prefab was a great help. The trees are a little thin, but the fact that there is room to put in more, and parts of the build can be moved, or removed is also great, it leaves some level of customizability in the build.

I recently bought this SIM Build kit and i could not be happier. The kit is so incredibly detailed, the photos dont do it justice. It was so easy to use too. 3 simple steps thanks to the handy notecard and a few minutes later (literally a few minutes) i had a insanly awesome sim :D

Wow!
To say this build is impressive is an understatement, walking around it you'd easily be able to mistake it for a much more expensive custom build that would take way longer to put together. It's also very low lag so it makes walking around it a pleasure and not a laggy bumpfest like some sim setups do, all in all this is a fantastic build and well worth the price. Customer service is also excellent if you need any help with it or just have questions prior to purchase, i'm blown away by this build :D
Well unfortunately not perfect
- Not all parts are modifiable, like the "Graveyard" :-(
- The RAW file is not fit 100%, but easy to adjust with a little terraforming.
+ The RAW file was send very fast, very nice Contakt
