What this is, is set of BoMR tattoos I created to give my Project Regalia avatar a nice pair of back-seam nylons and some sheer panties.
Dress for success!
The Project Regalia body was essentially created for furries, and accordingly comes with paws (and optional hooves), so the nylons I made have a nice lacy band that goes around the foot to leave your pawsies or hoofies free. :)
By popular demand I've updated the panties and nylons to use the Bake On Mesh - Regalia system. You will need a current viewer for Bake On Mesh functionality, and the BoMR applier here:

Once you've set up your base skin, simply adding or removing the various tattoo layers will add or remove the undergarments - easy peasy!
