Zit! Pimples!! Wear the zits, then if you touch them, they get redder and redder, and if you touch them a lot, they pop.

Maybe this is something you like.

If you want to fix your face back to normal small pimples, you wear the Zit Cream HUD and it will fix it. You can animate putting zit cream on by wearing the Zit Cream that isn't a HUD.

Zits may need individual adjusting depending on your face shape, but there are tips in a helpful how-to in this pack too. The bonus about this is that you can put the zits anywhere on your face that you like, they're not stuck in one place.
