The Random Compass was originally commissioned for the Memory Bazaar infohub and tutorial in Ross. The object was made by Gerami Fizz to fit a steampunk or Victorian theme with a vintage compass but is modifiable if you want to replace with your logo. I have updated it with a new compass rose texture. This object definitely attracts clicks and conversation at any venue.
The script was originally created by Yumi Marikami on commission and then revised by Profaitchikenz Haiku to skip dead landmarks.
Over the years we have built up huge collections of recommended sites that have come and gone with very little spamming -- fears of interactive objects shouldn't outweight the fun involved in collaboration. You can only put landmarks in the object.
