Needs instructions
This one texture (with materials) is very expensive, so it should come with a notecard with instructions. It does come with example prims, but a nc with info about how to best use this one texture including how to set repeats in our own prims (it is not 1x1 or anything close to an whole integer by integer) is, IMO completely necessary to justify this price.
The example prim is 4 linked prims with different script settings. There is no reason why the maker can't give instructions for the buyer to do it herself.
Don't get me wrong, this is a quality texture, but it falls short because of the lack of info.
