This script uses RLV to change your group when you enter a region. Easy to configure notecard contains two lines of comma separated values.
Note: The region and associated group keys are assumed to have the same order.

works but with some tinkering
product works if you know a bit about scripting and editing objects. upon delivery and adding to avi, there is no hud or ability to click on the obj, so you have to edit it off the inventory menu, go to find the config file, make your entries manually and reset the scripts. I did not try 10L version of this tool from another vendor, but if that one has a hud - go wit that one instead.

Couldn't get it to work
It is also no copy, no mod, no transfer even tho it is advertised as copy/mod. Ah well, at least it was really cheap.
