The Restless Studio Region Info HUD allows you to easily and quickly see the performance characteristics of the region you are in. The HUD displays the region frame rate, time dilation, and calculates the lag percentage. All statistics are updated every second.
The HUD can be worn everywhere allowing you to take region performance measurements wherever you go.
When you receive the item simply rez it on the ground, right click the box, select "Open", and "Copy to Inventory". You can delete the box or take it back in your inventory. Your Inventory will now have a "Region Info HUD" folder in which you will find the HUD. Right click the HUD and "Wear" it. Voila!

Easy, Portable, Quick, Cheap, Useful HUD
I like finding cheap useful easy to use portable informative items like this. The HUD attaches to the center of your display when worn and immediately shows the frame rate and other info. I used it when looking around for a small plot to buy since I did not want to find out later I was buying a home in a laggy region. Anyway, thumbs up for this little HUD.
