A set of two scripts. One to be placed in an object you wish to have the transparency changed and another you put into a remote object that when touched will give a menu with the percentages to choose from. This will change the transparency % under the texture tab in an object by 10% intervals. From completely invisible to solid.
Script can work independently on separate objects by changing the channel it listens for commands on. Line 6 on the receiver and line 28 on the remote by default is what your looking for.

Is great tool easy to use. Only thing I may add is when using in linked items the receiver script has llSetStatus function. This is set to Phantom , TRUE. Which sets whole link set to phantom. Just change to false and works fine.

I am an owner of a dance team in SL. I have been looking all over for a easy to use script that will hide part of a set while leaving the rest visible. There are several products out there that i have tried. None work as easily or as efficiently as this one does.
