The 'Root Snap' script can snap an object's Root Prim to the world grid.

Why use a script for this?
Snapping with the viewer's editor will snap the geometric center of the object to the world grid.
The geometric center is poorly defined in SL, so snapping objects using the editor is more or less useless.

The 'Root Snap' script will:
1. Snap linked sets of prims so that the root position is on the world grid.
2. Snap on position change.
3. Snap grid sizes are given independently for X, Y and Z coordinates by a vector in the Object Description
4. If the vector is omitted the grid is < 1.0, 1.0, 1.0 > meter
5. if a component is zero or negative the object do not snap on that axis
6. Note: < 20.0, 20.0, 20.0 > meters, should be the largest grid, since the object can't move more than 10m in one snap.
