Mesh are not like prims, if you resize a mesh could increase the prims count.
House is linked and setted to optimize the LI count. Of course items are mod, so you are able to unlink them, but keep in mind that by doing this, will increase the LI.
Mesh textures dont work like textures of prims, because usually mesh have only some faces or just one.

If you like shabby chic, then you will enjoy this home
when i first heard about this house i bought it without demoing (i really like the idea of having a pink house). when i set it out i quickly noticed it was not my style. it is well made, but the shadows are allot harsher on the corners and creases, and the pink is less bold pink and more like a soft pink (no disrespect to the creator of this home). also it is a little on the small side. but if you like shabby chic then this might be for you.

Absolutely LOVE this house, pink the the best!! The only complain I have are the light bulbs for the freaking hanging lamps! They are so YELLOW and UGLY!

I love this it reminds of a cosy grandma house! The decor is so nice. Only given four stars as it would be good if they started making their houses more intractable, i.e. turning lamps on and off, opening windows and curtains and cupboard doors.
