This is a set of two scripts for creators who need to have a HUD to change the texture of the clothes they create. They are full perm and can be modified at will.
Very simple to use!
Instructions:
-- Choose a name for the cloth that will differentiate it from other clothes you make.
-- (OPTIONAL) If you need to find the number of the face you want to change the texture of: Put the script "put color on the faces" in your mesh or prim. It will put a different color on each face allowing you to identify the number associated to each face. (read more instruction in the script. It will tell you the number associated to each color)
-- Create a HUD with several buttons
-- For each button,
1) Edit a button_script for each button and fill the field texture_UUID and cloth_name and the number for the face
2) Place the script in the button
-- Edit the cloth_script and fill the field cloth_name with the same string as in the button_script
-- Place the cloth_script in the mesh object.

AMAZING and very much suggested script.
This script set is SO EASY to use and get the separate face change you are looking for. Any person can get this figured out and if you have any problems the detailed instructions will explain it perfectly. I would give this a MUCH higher than 5 stars if they were available. You cannot go wrong with this purchase, I have others that I paid 3 or 4 times more for and they are very restrictive, make my items no modify even for me on their use and I don't want my items to show no mod for me. This item being full perm will leave your objects full perm to you. I HIGHLY Recommend this product.

So I am new to making my own HUD and bought this script knowing nothing except the description sounded like it was going to do what I wanted.
Well it ALMOST did and let me clarify; I wanted to use one script in the button and have it texture 4 faces at once, but turns out you can't do that as it's above and beyond this simple elegant script.
The fix was to just put one script per face into the same button so I had 4 scripts per button. This worked just fine and according to Chris "won't affect lag or anything", and only got annoying as I had to paste UUID's 4 times per button which added up to a lot of cutting and pasting! I'm still doing 5 stars though because I could never have scripted something like this on my own! Ha
