+ 1 stands for the mirrored version of the corner curve. They are also modular; they can be snapped together perfectly. Some tinkering may be required to align a straight path to a corner type of path.

Not seamless
it looks nice, but the texture is not seamless (for the straight piece), in fact it looks like the texture ends are purposely blurred so when you stretch it, you have the unsightly blurred line every few feet on the straight path. and it's not cause of a mesh shaping issue, when you look in edit, you can see that the texture itself has the blur made into it, thereby forcing you to have to rezz more and up the LI. This is very annoying, I'm going to have to re texture the thing myself.
