At Ex Machina we are extremely proud and happy to present the first series of modular buildings... The Soho system. A commercial district modular system easy to assemble, perfect for shopping centers.
Named after the famous London West End area, Soho is meant to be a system to build your own city easily and without complications. It uses a modular system of buildings that are easily combined in multiple combinations.
IMPORTANT! This product is the first of a series of collections of different buildings which will be completely compatible in the Soho system. Also each of the collections will be constantly upgraded with new additions and variations. The upgrades will be free and automatic.
In the future a bundle will be available and it will include all the collections with a considerable save of money for the customers. In case a customer already purchased one of the separate collections and also purchased the bundle, will be refunded for the amount of the single collections value.
It includes a road base, 2 different buildings (free updates will add more in the next weeks), easy to align system with instructions and a big intersection composition ready as example or starting base.
All the buildings are optimized with excellent LOD (level of detail) even at default medium mesh settings. Land Impact is very low making the system easy to use even on parcels where prim availability might be scarce.
Render weight (display weight) was optimized to keep the area low lag for visitors.

Included are normal and specular maps to give the best visual results under various Windlight settings.

Gorgeous Victorian buildings, very easy to rez (and move), with a wise choice of high-quality detailed textures and a perfect finish.

Like everything made by this designer, it is excellent . Not a complaint but I do hope add-on pieces will be available someday.
A stunning level of realism
This is an extremely realistic build which is both detailed and low prim and give an overall stunning effect when rezzed. A massive five stars for such a great build that captures the essence of British buildings of the Victorian era.
