It comes in 2x very realistic shapes and one textures baked with shadow, all Full Permissions!
Since it has full permission on, you can add your own textures and also resize it to fit your needs.

The whole building is done in MESH, so in order to be able to see it, you need a mesh compatible viewer.

would be great if you could use seamless textures on it. but it has faces and the texture gets distorted at the sides.
